"Our buffet style menu is based on fresh, seasonal, local, organic and fair trade ingredients with a health conscious bias, lovingly prepared under the guidance of Shamanic Chef David with support from Monica and the team in our theatre Kitchen. We source our ingredients as locally as we can and whilst we do use ingredients from further a field, such as spices, grains and pulses, we source these from Europe where possible and work with our suppliers to ensure our ingredients have not been flown in.
